We ensure your baseline schedule realistically maps out all aspects from design, preconstruction, construction, and all relevant milestones. We continue working with you as we transform the baseline schedule to a working functioning schedule.

Progress schedules are key to evaluating the health of your project. The ability to accurately reflect the progress of the schedule and forecast potential risk and delays are critical to ensuring you are fully in control of your project. There are many factors in updating a schedule, such as updated schedule logic, project sequencing , productivity rates and unforseen field conditions that are taken into account in progress update schedules.
  • FORENSIC SCHEDULING
Unfortunately, every project does not go as planned and there are situations in which investigatons must be undertaken to develop a full understanding of what went wrong with the project. Forensic scheduling is the study and investigation of events using scheduling methods to establish the cause and events of delays and to resolve construction delay claims through negotiations or legal proceedings.

We pinpoint spending and billing through Cost and Earned Value Management procedures to identify trends and create sccurate projectionsof future costs.
